 I love all things natural, especially in food.  That's why I take great pride in using only natural pigment-based food coloring for my cakes. unlike many others who use artificial dyes to achieve bright, bold colours.  

 Natural colours are generally better for our bodies and less likely to cause allergies or trigger hyperactivity in children, even my fondant decorations and colourful sprinkles are free from the nasty stuff!
